Legal entity and operating name
OVO Talent LLC is the contracting entity and claim owner for the matters administered through Keystone Contract Resolution Office. Keystone is an internal operating name for that administrative function.
Scope of authority
A Keystone communication may administer a payment, performance, cure, settlement, or documented-dispute matter that OVO Talent LLC owns or has authorized. It does not assign a contract, transfer a claim, or change an agreement by itself.
