Information you provide
This site does not use an on-site inquiry database. If you email or call, the provider may process your address, message, caller number, call identifiers, date, time, duration, and any voicemail audio you choose to leave.
How information is used
Information may be used to identify the relevant contract record, respond to a notice, review a documented dispute, coordinate an authorized resolution, maintain communication records, and protect the office and its systems.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the site. Twilio may process calls and voicemail. Resend and authorized email providers may process delivery. These providers receive information needed to perform those functions.
Retention and security
Communications may be retained as needed to administer a matter, resolve disputes, comply with applicable obligations, and protect system security. No transmission or storage method is completely secure.
