Legal identity
OVO Talent LLC is the contracting entity, claim owner, and party responsible for the agreements and contractual matters administered through this office. Keystone Contract Resolution Office is the internal operating name for that administrative function.
Scope of authority
The office may prepare, transmit, receive, and organize communications authorized by OVO Talent LLC concerning payment, performance, cure, settlement, and documented disputes. Use of the Keystone name does not transfer ownership of a contract or create a separate claimant.
Record protocol
Each matter is tied to an agreement or authorized OVO record. A notice identifies the contractual basis, requested payment or performance, response deadline, response route, and the information needed to state a specific position.
