  Approval mechanics, revision limits, acceptance criteria and timing matter when payment depends on performance.

• Cross-border payment

  Which party addresses withholding and reporting?

  Specialist tax or local advice may be required when parties, services and payments cross jurisdictions.

• Termination

  What survives after the relationship ends?

  Accrued payment, existing content, licenses, confidentiality, audit rights and dispute provisions may continue.
